A story set in the near future, where giant monsters begin appearing on a regular basis. As Japan’s population grows, the country faces a chronic food shortage. In response, the Japanese government organizes a Defense Force to eliminate the monsters, process their meat, and deliver it to the dinner tables of the nation. The monsters, once feared, come to be known as “Kaiju” that solve the food crisis— or simply, “Food Kaiju.”
