The members of a university journalism club, at the proposal of deputy head Ensei Minato, decide to cover a top-secret festival held on Mikonoshima, an island where visitors other than residents are prohibited during summer vacation. Thanks to the arrangements of Jyunpei Fugawara, who is from the island, they were specially allowed to conduct their research. The members are Ensei's stepsister Shion, the club head Akane Yukima, and Akane's twin sister Mone.
